Allowed Uses

You may use FlowClip for:

• Extracting public information you are legally permitted to access.
• Personal research and learning.
• Authorized business research and intelligence.
• Authorized automation and workflows.
• Converting visible tables and structured content into JSON or CSV formats.

Prohibited Uses

You explicitly agree NOT to use FlowClip to:

• Bypass authentication mechanisms or security controls.
• Bypass paywalls or subscription restrictions.
• Bypass CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or anti-bot systems.
• Access, extract, or scrape restricted or private data without explicit authorization.
• Harvest passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive credentials.
• Steal private, proprietary, or confidential information.
• Facilitate fraud, deception, or malicious activity.
• Violate the privacy rights of individuals (e.g., extracting non-public personal data).
• Violate intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
• Disrupt websites, web services, or network infrastructure.
• Automate harmful, abusive, or spammy behavior.

Enforcement

FlowClip should not be presented as bypassing access controls, paywalls, authentication, anti-bot systems, or website restrictions. Users who violate this Acceptable Use Policy may have their license or right to use FlowClip terminated.
